FAQ’s – Lost Property
Our Customer Service Team will be back in the office in a limited capacity from 6th July 2020, from Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm if you require assistance. After services resume on Monday 20th July, office hours will be extended.
Have you lost or found and item on board or in the hold of one of our buses? Please give us a call on 02871269996 with details of your travel; i.e. date and time and drop off/pick up location.
We hold any lost property here at our HQ for 30 days before recycling. Passports, driving licenses and ID cards will be forwarded to PSNI.
