Ensure you have a face mask or face covering for travelling on Airporter. You will not be permitted to travel without one, either with airporter, in the airport or on your flight.

Every vehicle is cleaned thoroughly before and after every journey.

Every vehicle has been installed with an ELLAMP air filtration system to ensure a clean and well-ventilated space.

For the protection of passengers and staff, face coverings are mandatory for the entire duration of the journey. Please ensure you have a face mask or face covering before you travel.

We have a limited number of multipacks available to pre-order as part of your airporter booking. However, we recommend you bring you own face mask for the journey as we cannot guarantee the supply on board, and you will be refused travel if you do not have a face mask.
When boarding the vehicle, we ask all passengers to use the touch-free hand sanitizer at the entrance.
Food and drinks are now prohibited while on board, except for water.
Allow other passengers the time and adequate space to board and disembark. Maintain your distance when loading and unloading luggage.
Curtains and carpets have been removed to allow for more thorough deep cleaning.
Airporter staff will be wearing face coverings and will be behind perspex inside the vehicle.

Please be seated as quickly as possible. Please remain seated. Please do not move to another seat or touch other seats.

If travelling with another person, please sit together in a double seat to allow single seats for passengers travelling alone, where possible.
Before leaving the vehicle, please collect any of your personal waste.
Be respectful to other passengers and respectful to our staff. Airporter will not tolerate any abuse of our colleagues or anti-social behaviour on board our vehicles.
Be patient. We all need to work together to ensure travel is safe and secure for all of us.
If you a travelling with a child under 3 you are required to bring and fit your own car seat. All children under 3 must travel in a car seat.
